As a member of the Point2 Homes Texas real estate network, my listings are advertised on several real estate search engines to provide clients maximum advertising exposure.
  • Take digital photos of your property to list in the MLS
  • Create eye-catching fliers to be used with the Realty Dream Makers yard sign for drive-bys.
  • Place your home on my website as a "featured" listing.  I'm investing advertising dollars each month to drive internet traffic to my website
  • Place your home in my newsletter as a new listing the month after your home is listed with Realty Dream Home.  This newsletter is distributed to over 200 of my current and former clients in Spring/Woodlands area on a monthly basis.
  • Track Showings and Collect Feedback.  I use CSS Showings to schedule showing appointments and you will have your own personal webpage with your own id for which you can view buyer feedback!
  • I will always keep you in the loop so you know what is happening at all times.

1)    How Much is your home worth?  
When you list your home with us, we will automatically provide you with a FREE Comparative Market Analysis to help you price your home competitively and prepare an estimate of your closing costs in order to see what you might net out of the sale. 

2)  Preparing your home to sell.  Before you sell your home, check out our advice to Sellers.  There are several articles from Getting your Home Ready to show to How to price your home.

Keep in mind that the "value" of your home isn't always what your neighbor got in the sale of his home, but rather on what a buyer and seller can agree upon as the purchase price during contract negotiations.  We will assist you through this process and ensure that we will represent your best interests if you choose to list with us.  We will assist you in setting a fair market price for your home.
