Let's face it.  No one likes to pay a real estate agent a commission of 6% of the sales price of their home.   Tired of paying such commissions, many sellers attempt to sell their homes "For Sale by Owner" (FSBO).  What these sellers don't realize is that by not being listed with a REALTOR® means they aren't able to take advantage of the most powerful marketing method in the history of real estate:  The REALTOR'S® Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  

My listing program was designed specifically with the value-conscious consumer in mind.  I believe in giving you options and freedom when selling your home.  And you will find that you will save thousands of dollars over many of the traditional brokerage firms.  My discounted listing plans does not mean discounted service to you.  In fact, we do everything a traditional realty company does, except we don't charge you the full 6% commission!

I will list your home on the MLS.  Since the MLS is responsible for over 85% of homes sales, a listing ensures you access to potential buyers that are working with licensed REALTORS®.  Getting your property listed in the REALTORS®  MLS is the key to sales success.  You will have the power of Agents working for you as your listing is made available to every local REALTOR®  via the MLS

In addition, with my extensive background in information technology, I am able to utilize all the electronic tools necessary to market your home on the internet.  For example, as a member of the Point2 Homes Texas real estate network, my listings are advertised on several real estate search engines to provide clients maximum advertising exposure.

Here are a few points to note about the MLS:

  • Less than 5% of listing agents actually sell the homes they list in the MLS?  WHY?  Because the power of the MLS is listing the properties for thousands of agents to bring their buyers

  • 85% of  Home Buyers use a Realtor to help them find a home.  This is important because  Realtors simply use the MLS to search properties for their clients.

  • Any of our listing options gets your property on the same MLS as local Realtors.  You can put the power of the MLS to work for you and you can save thousands of dollars in commissions!

 

Here is what you get when you use our services to sell your home:

4.0% Full Service Discount (Total commission due by seller at time of closing is 4%--Buyer's Agent would receive 3% and Realty Dream Makers as Listing Agent would receive 1%)

This is a great plan!  This is a listing just like that offered by all the other real estate brokers except we do this at a discount to save you  money!  With this plan, we will provide you with the following services:

  • Listing in the MLS with 16 photos
  • Receive, Review and Negotiate all offers on your behalf and draft any counter-offers to ensure contract is finalized in your best interest
  • Coordinate inspections, appraisals and follow up with all parties involved (i.e., lawyers, brokers, loan officers, title company, etc)
  • Professional Yard Sign/Custom Flyers to place in Info Tube/Realtor Lockbox
